Cancellation Policy
Our aim is to provide all patients with high-quality healthcare in a timely and efficient manner. Missed appointments, late arrivals, and cancellations can affect our clinicians and inconvenience other patients who may be waiting for an appointment. To help us maintain an efficient service and ensure appointments are available to those who need them, please familiarise yourself with our policy regarding cancellations, late arrivals, and missed appointments.
Appointment Cancellation
If you also shop in one of our stores, we may combine information you give us in-store (e.g. if you make a purchase or join our mailing list in-store) with the information above.
If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least 1 working day (24hours) in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another patient access to that appointment time.
How to Cancel Your Appointment?
If you need to cancel your appointment, please contact us using the telephone number provided on our website between 10:00 am and 7:00 pm. If you are unable to reach us, you may leave a voicemail, and a member of our team will return your call as soon as possible.
Late Cancellations/No-Shows
A late cancellation is defined as a cancellation made less than 1 working day (24 hours) before the scheduled appointment
A no-show occurs when a patient fails to attend their appointment without providing prior notice or cancelling.
In either situation, a £50 missed appointment fee will be charged. Certain appointments, including surgical procedures and longer consultations, may require a higher deposit. In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, any such deposit will be non-refundable.
