Harley Street TRT & HRT Ltd ("HSTRTHRT") is an independent organisation that provides clinical education, ongoing professional development, operational and clinical guidance, marketing support, commercial assistance, and business development services to affiliated clinics within the Harley Street TRT & HRT network.

Each affiliated clinic operates as an independent healthcare provider and retains sole responsibility for the medical services it provides. All clinical decisions, including patient assessment, diagnosis, investigations, prescribing, treatment planning, ongoing monitoring, and follow-up care, are made independently by the clinic's appropriately qualified healthcare professionals.

HSTRTHRT does not provide direct medical care to patients, diagnose medical conditions, or prescribe, authorise, or direct the prescribing of testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) and hormone replacement therapy (HRT) or any other medicines across its network. Responsibility for prescribing rests exclusively with the treating clinician, who is required to exercise independent professional judgement and comply with all applicable legal, regulatory, and professional requirements. The exception to this is the Harley Street TRT & HRT Flagship Clinic, which operates independently and provides its own clinical services.

The inclusion of a clinic within the Harley Street TRT & HRT network does not establish any relationship of employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture between HSTRTHRT and that clinic. All affiliated clinics remain separate legal entities that are independently owned and operated.

Accordingly, HSTRTHRT accepts no responsibility or liability for clinical decisions, prescribing practices, treatments, patient outcomes, or professional services provided by affiliated clinics or their healthcare professionals. Any questions, concerns, complaints, or claims relating to patient care, diagnosis, prescribing, or treatment should be addressed directly to the relevant clinic responsible for the patient's care.

By accessing or using services and resources associated with Harley Street TRT & HRT, you acknowledge and understand that HSTRTHRT's role is limited to supporting its network of independent clinics and does not extend to the provision of clinical services, patient care, or independent medical decision-making.
